Sustainability & Social Commitment –Sustainability has many aspects – even beyond the environment itself. Looking at it closely, the definition of sustainability includes both careful use of resources and social justice. That is why proLogistik Group is also fully committed to these two areas.

The sustainability campaigns of proLogistik
Fully commitedThe matter of sustainability is very important to us. This means that we are already particularly committed in many areas – and keep on optimising in many other areas to meet our demands to ourselves.
A fleet of electric and hybrid cars
Our employees move around cleanly. Our entire fleet is made up of e-cars and hybrid vehicles, greatly cutting down on its CO2 emissions.
55 charging stations
We are happy about every driver with an electric or hybrid vehicle – among our employees and customers alike. Because of this, we have installed a total of 55 charging stations at our Dortmund and Pinneberg sites to let you recharge your battery free of charge.
E-bike leasing
We support all our employees who like to get to work on two wheels with our e-bike leasing offer. After all, it’s good both for the environment and for your health: You can stay fit on the way to work and get your tired legs moving again afterwards. Of course, you may continue to use the bicycles in your free time as well.
BestWater drinking water filtration system
The name is the game: BestWater filtration systems provide our employees with the best and purest drinking water. A sophisticated reverse osmosis system keeps pure water flowing from the tap while actively contributing to environmental protection. The low water hardness from BestWater reduces the amount of cleaning agent needed. We can dispense with water softeners, produce less PET bottle waste, and reduce the volume of transport for mineral water.
Fairphone
Environmental protection is in our hands – and in this case, literally so. We only use sustainable mobile phones with particularly long-lasting batteries. When they weaken, we will have them repaired rather than replacing them right away.
Green roofs
The green roof above our warehouse entrance provides an important habitat for plants and many creatures such as bees and wild bees, beetles, butterflies, and ants.
This also has a positive effect on the indoor climate of the rooms underneath. Evaporation from the plants provides cooling in summer. In winter, the green roof serves as thermal insulation and helps save energy costs and protect the environment.
Photovoltaic system
We are making an important contribution to climate protection with our photovoltaic system, by not only preserving existing resources but also reducing our CO2 emissions. Last year, we generated xxx kWh of electricity through our own photovoltaic systems and fed it into our company.
Social commitment
For the future of us allAs a successful company, we have considered it a matter of course to support not only our employees for years. We bear social responsibility by regularly (and gladly) contributing to social projects as well. For example, we work for the:
Aufbaugilde Heilbronn
The Aufbaugilde does a variety of work. In addition to many projects to help the homeless, the Aufbaugilde offers a second-hand department store, help with household liquidations, a diverse “all-around the home” offering, vocational training in various professions, and the opportunity to obtain a school-leaving certificate that enables people to find their way into or back to the working world at the Susanne-Finkbeiner-Schule.
The charitable work and the certainty that donations will get where they are needed makes the Aufbaugilde Heilbronn an amazing project that we gladly support with annual donations.
